No mobile data 12th April 2024

Still no mobile data!

Sky services are still not operational in my area

Sky services are still not operational in my area and I can't get Internet signal at all and mobile signal won't work properly either despite sky saying issue is resolved

I too have had no connection for 24 hrs , it say I have 3G , 4g and 5g . I have tried to resend network settings but my sky says that it's not possible to do at the moment also obviously tried to turn aeroplane off on multiple times . Can't get on the internet unless on WiFi

Same down on the south coast mobile Data has stopped working no connection but 4G showing..

Message recieved from sky yesterdayy evening, stating they are 'working on the issue in your area and will be in touch within 48hrs', however after reading various threads it's a country wide issue not just one 'area' so who knows how long. Maybe if they unplug it and wait 30seconds then plug it back in, it may work?

Same for me since yesterday morning. 

it says I have 3G/4g/5g. But nothing connects. Can't make calls. 

tried troubleshooting but when I ask it so send my network settings I get an error saying it can't be done at this time.

No mobile data for me, even though i have a resonable 4g signal.

Same for me been off since 16.30 yesterday. Says I have 4g but I can't call text or use data. My broadband is also down. Sky have reported everything has been fixed but clearly not. My sky seems to be saying I have zero data when I habe 29.1 left from my allowance and can't do the network reset as my sim is showing on my sky.

Same for me too! I have not been able to use my phone since 6am yesterday., its a joke. Came on for about an hour during the day yesterday and then down. 

Had to leave work as couldnt get hold of my kids, as none of our phones was working, then had to sit in mcdonalds with them, to use their wifi to try and contact sky. No broadband at home cos of moving and they cut it off too early, and then no phones and internet. its been a joke. Pull your socks up sky. its not fixed like you are claiming online.

No data - sky outage

Why is sky claiming its fixed when we still cant use our mobile phones?

I have 4g and cannot use whats app, cannot use internet, cannot do anything and texts wont even go through. I couldnt make calls or use phone at all outside of wifi yesterday, and today its the same, yet sky say its fixed. 

We cant call sky cos phones dont work, so what are we meant to do>>??
