Internet and phone

My phone won't make or receive calls. Stopped working yesterday morning. What's the problem??

It's definitely not resolved!

 

No calls or Internet when I'm off the WiFi!

 

This is now becoming a safety issue. When installing broadband, sky ensure you have a means for calling emergency services if the broadband goes down. I now don't

Still not resolved. No mobile data can be used. Phone dead as soon as off WiFi.

My phones been down for 2 days, simply not acceptable.      

people rely on phones for work it's 2024 are we going to get an option to leave contracts?  As you clearly cannot provide a service we have signed up for.     NOT GOOD ENOUGH

I've just tried ringing out and got my mum (also with sky) to call me and we seem to be working again, thank god.. taken til 7.15am today tho after all yesterday being offline. Not sure about mobile data etc when out and about yet tho as still at home atm..

Have you tried restarting your phones ?

My phone is also showing 5G in Birmingham but I cannot browse the internet although it appears I may be able to make phone calls now

This has been going on since at least 5.00pm last night !!!

My mobile newwork Is showing 4g and 3G but still not internet ? When will this be fixed ? Thanks
