Friday morning I still have no mobile data. Done the toggle aeroplane mode on and off then restart phone, didn't work. Getting quite irritating now....

I have no internet and unable to make calls and text without WiFi. I'm due to exchange contracts on a house today and need my phone to be working.
This is simply not good enough again sky. What are you going to do about this? !!!!

Although SKY service update page says this problem has been resolved I still have no 3G/4G/5G this morning. This has now been 12 hours without this service.

Please sort this out as still not working still having issues calling and going to internet on mobile data, need data to communicate due to work which means i dont jave communication as soon as i leave home

Had no internet on phone since 16:00 yesterday. This is getting past a joke . When is this going to get sorted?

Getting quite panicked now as I have a very important phone health consultation at 11am... it's now 6.30am and I still can't make or receive calls. I have no way to contact the people phoning me and I've waited 2 weeks for this call to be scheduled on my day off work. Used to be with Vodafone and never had an issue in 20 yrs.. wish I'd stayed put. All I get when I enquire online is 'it's being worked on'
