Yes its nationwide Sky are having a massive outage thats affecting all services.

How to make a formal complaint?

How do we make a formal complaint to sky and the ombudsman about these issues all week?

@lindalooo  Ombudsman won't deal with it until you raise a complaint and it has been 8 weeks or you reach deadlock, there is a link at the bottom of each page for comaplints https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-customer-complaints-code-of-practice/

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have been with Sky for over 20 years full package will cancel asap when this nonsense is sorted no respect for customers just automated repsonses just not good enough only way to get attention is to leave.

Just got a phone from sky and can't activate sim as it says they are updating their services. Not an ideal advert for swapping over to them. Especially after reading the issues they have had this week.

Always something with sky mobile. Not the first time this has happened and it's getting tedious. My contract is up for renewal and most definitely be looking for another phone provider.

I'm not very tech savvy but my partner says why haven't I been answering her calls?  Who knows how many calls I've missed?    SKY - some of us have been without cellular service 2 days or more now.   Please can you advise US ALL mobile users by TEXT that cellular service has been restored. **She's  writing this on her mobile for me as I'm FED UP with my mobile right now.  Thank you. D Collins.

Agreed, (Removed) need to be raising a complaint and allowing the process and timeline to take place and escalate to the ombudsman. Thats the only way corporations appear to listen to their customers sadly.
