I turned phone off and back on and charged it and its working now. I could use text and WhatsApp to contact people

Exactly the same with our son at Uni - we called him and it said his number was invalid. Whatsapp and Facetime work ok though, so it must be a Sky issue with the numbers.

We're having the same issues. Spoke to Sky tech support about it a few times who most recently claim it's down to a problem with the mast in my area. They didn't seem to care that I use wifi calling...
For us (myself, my wife and son) we can occasionally send and receive calls but not most of the time. Sometimes if my wife rings me she gets "number not recognised", other times it rings but nothing happens my side, and sometimes it does nothing her side (no sounds) but rings my side, then when I answer I cam hear nothing, but on her side it THEN starts ringing and goes to my voicemail.... makes no sense at all. Same happens if I call her or my son.
Sky have sent us all new SIM cards but this is clearly a delay tactic - no way could it be related on all three devices.

Finally got in touch with Sky last night..............was told to eject and clean both sims!!!! Seems to have worked but only time will tell!!

Hello again I shut my phone down and restarted it that seams to have sorted it but for how long god knows, its a nightmare trying to get through to sky on my landline, when my contract ends I will be leaving sky and I have been a customer for over 20 years the service is just not what it was .

Restarting your phone is a workaround to an issue which Sky are responsible for. It's nothing to do with your phone.
If you keep doing this without pushing back, Sky will not address this problem as quick as we need them to.

Mobile data still not connecting to internet for last few days. Sky employee says problem is fixed now but still not working for me .

Have had no Sky mobile network signal on my IPhone since 10th April. When Sky sim entered into another iPhone (on the same iOS software update, sim is fine). The lost of signal does coincide with an iOS update (17.4.1)
To make things even more complicated, if I use my EE work sim in my iPhone, it works. So issue seems to be with the software update and Sky sim.
really want to avoid doing a full iPhone reset - have done the usual checks, airplane mode, remove sim, reset network settings, etc - nothing has worked so far!
Any ideas or solutions from anyone?

Phone is dead for phone calls just cuts off every time I try to make a call

Unable to ring out. I was having problems with this yesterday but was able to resolve it by restarting my phone. I'm having this problem again today but resetting my phone does not resolve it. I know the phone is working because I have a different network SIM in the dual SIM slot and that one works fine.

I haven't updated mine yet and it's doing the same. Hopefully a network issue and not to do with the software.
