Mobile internet

Ever since I got my phone nearly two years ago my mobile internet does not work , it downs matter where I am I can't even search on google or look at any web sites it totally rubbish , have complained but nothing done . Next I won't be getting another sky mobile as the internet out of the house is rubbish .
