Mobile delivery

I have pre ordered the phone and i have received the message from sky on 17th oct that i will get my phone by 18th October but I haven't received any phone. Even I haven't received any kind of update about my phone after that.

As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Any orders for an iPhone 17 are likely to be delayed further due to the usual supply and demand issues. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

And what phone? I ordered my iPhone 17 on the 2nd October, was told on the phone 2 days ago it was stock issues and it would be today, or tomorrow at the very latest and I still haven't received an update on the app, I'm fuming as I don't think it'll come
