Mobile data not wu

My mobile data is not working while I'm in Italy Sorrento but I have my data tomorrow g passport cap off

My mobile day isn't working although I have my passport roaming charges of , if I have WiFi my phone allows me to use it but not if I can't get WiFi

There is now a fair usage policy. Roaming using Roaming Passport Plus is now limited to 25GB per billing period then it's £2.50per GB. Sky can apparently temporarily suspend the service if used to excess. Could this apply in your case?

 

From Skys own website...

When you roam using our Roaming Passport Plus, we consider that up to 25GB per billing period is a reasonable amount of data to use. If you exceed this amount, we'll assume that you're no longer using data in the way expected of a reasonable customer for periodic travel.

Network problems

Hi I'm getting really annoyed off now iv tried communicating through the community, email and phone but no good what is the phone number from Italy , I have no signal at all since I hit Sorrento, can anyone help

@Bobbie2020  Sky have no contact number fro users from abroad, you'll need to ry their social media channels linked at the bottom of the page

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
