Left sky but cannot pay off handset??

Been with sky for many many years and recentrly left - however I still have two handsets on a credit agreement outstanding.

ive logged in to my sky and attempted to pay off the balance but I keep getting same error ' unable to process your request' how can I pay manually via. Bank or other method??

Hi @Lindsey531  you will need to call sky and ask them to take payment.
