Mobile data not working on chromebook

I purchased a chromebook 2 360 LTE over a month ago. I selected this particular product as it had the ability to use data. This was working well and no issues, however on Thursday it has stopped working. I can use the internet browser using data but when I try and use Teams (which is what I need the data for most) it says there's no internet connection. I have been through all the settings on Teams and even unistalled it and reinstalled (which I needed Wi-fi to do). Have checked the network settings and it is not showing any issues. Anyone know why it's not working and how I can fix it please?

What dataplan do you have?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I have a 5GB data plan, and I am no where near having used that.
