Can’t link Sky ID with 2 phone
I can't get my sky Id to link with one of my devices. All the others have linked & when I try to link this one, it's says it's already linked. I can't view it on my account.

If you are already a Sky Mobile custo,er then you shouldn't need to link this device as it should be on the same account that you other devices are on so is this not the case ?

If the device isn't showing on the account that you other one on then this is usually because for some reason it was ordered on a different account.If you call Sky on 150 they will look into this for you.
