Mobile data not working in italy
Hi,
I'm in Italy at the moment, mobile data is not working.
my spend cap is well within the limit for the daily amount and mobile data is turned on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you been there a while and therefore used a lot of data?
There is now a fair usage policy. Roaming using Roaming Passport Plus is now limited to 25GB per billing period then it's £2.50per GB. Sky can suspend useage in these circumstances if it is used too much.
From Skys own website...
When you roam using our Roaming Passport Plus, we consider that up to 25GB per billing period is a reasonable amount of data to use. If you exceed this amount, we'll assume that you're no longer using data in the way expected of a reasonable customer for periodic travel. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky=mobile-fair-usage-policy.

Hi,
it's not worked since I got here. I can't call sky to ask for support as I have no reception due to being abroad.

I had an issue like this before in France I had to get the APN settings sent again from Sky. You can do a quick check in your settings to see if mobile.sky is still under your APNs.

In Spain having the same problem.
Never received a 'Welcome to Spain' notification either which I usually do.
No way to contact Sky, tried the chat, but no one answered.
