Mobile charges

I am unhappy with being charged over £29 for 3 calls which I thought I was making to standard customer service number provided by DHL Express. I always normally stay within my plan and this has shown up this month. Costs are expensive and am unaware as to why this charge is so high?

is there anything that can be done to reduce this high cost please?

@Wai2  I'm afraid you made the calls, calls to 01, 03, 03 & UK mobile number are included in your calls package max call time is 60 minutes.

If you called a number provided by DHL that is outside your plan Sky have no requirement to refund you as the error isn't theirs.

Where did you get the DHL number from?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

DHL list a number of ways to contact them but do have an 084x number - which is 95p per minute + DHL's charge.

If you did call such a number then Sky are under no obligation to reduce other than goodwill.

DHL also have a chat and 03x number which would have been 'free'.

For future reference, this site: https://www.saynoto0870.com/ is useful to avoid using such 'premium' numbers...

That's for landline calls.  Mobile has a fair usage limit of 3 hours (Where it disconnects but does not charge) but I don't think that's the issue here...
