Cancel esim

I ordered a Sky Mobile eSIM, but I have discovered that the device I intended to use it with does not support eSIM. The eSIM has not been activated. How do I cancel the SIM and ensure no charges will be taken.

@JV1971 

As you haven't activated it then you will not be charged for it, the same applies if it was a physical sim card.
