Payment received might also mean that no payment has actually been taken due to you being in credit.
I think you might need to call Sky about this tomorrow on 150 so they can look into this billing for you.

I'm in credit? I've paid everything like my upfront payment and first month payment?

If you are new to Sky then you shouldn't need to make any manual payments as Sky will take the bill from the payment method you have set up and doing so will be why you are in credit as they have taken the bill and you have also paid it meaning this payment you have made will have gone onto your account as a credit.

Ohhh I didn't know about the payment plan and did it manually, does that mean I have to pay off the credit?

No a credit is what is owed to you !
If you leave it on your account it will be used to pay next months bill so no money should be taken from your payment method then going forward it will be taken automatically from you each month so you do not need to make any manual payments.
