Making a complaint to sky and being completely ignored
I would just like to know if anyone here has made complaints to sky and been completely ignored and if you were then able to resolve things how you managed to do so, so I can try the same thing
I had a phone stolen on delivery, which could have been a DPD mistake or Sky or theft / fraud indeed I dont really know I just know that a load of varnish turned up in a box that had the phone delivery sticker on it. I made a complaint, and since then have emailed, phoned and submitted 20 or more complaints since and received no response from anyone at sky whatsoever.
Its too complex for the people I speak to on the help desk all they do is send a message up the chain to a more senior complaint resolution department who in theory are better at getting back to people but they dont.
Can anyone suggest what to do - delivery was 1st Sept - today is 2 months to the day, I have submitted 6 complaints online and called them usually for between 1 and 2 hours each time, 8 times... Its beyond a joke
To completely rub it in, I am a SKY VIP Diamond customer of 32 years and spend nearly £200 a month with them.. They just dont care at all. Any assistance would be gratefully received.

If you put in a complaint and Sky hasn't resolved it within 8 weeks then you can ask them for a deaflock letter to take it further as per this:
