Mobile account

Cannot access my mobile account on my sky app for my piggyback and mobile phone accounts that can be upgraded all I get on my sky app is my sky TV and broadband nothing on my mobile account no bill not anything

@LEE-SHAND  you need to link your mobile account to your tv account

This doesn't work it's happened to us, my sons type 1 and uses it as a medical device, we're away from home and he's ran out of data! In a real mess as sky closed and I can't add anymore on so. It getting any blood glucose reading!' 

followed instructions to link account, even though was there last night!

 

need help, how can I roll data when it's not showing in my account

Hi @Brookes0712  if it's not letting you do it via your account or via the app then you need to call sky on 150 for help.
