For some reason I can't upgrade on the app or on the main website.
I just get a technical error message. I tried phoning but only had an hour and obviously didn't get through. I've tried deleting and re downloading app. Any ideas? Picture of message I keep getting.

I've been having the same issue since December, have tried upgrading on the app and website and tried calling but it stays on hold for too long and I don't have time !
