Mobile account
I have been unable to access my mobile account. I don't have an account and don't seem to be able to set one up

Are you saying that you are a Sky Mobile customer who hasn't yet setup their online account, if so have did you order your phone or sim, over the phone or online ?

I rested the phone over 2 years ago and using it fine. Never set up the account however I now need to and can't as the email address has been used to access my tv etc and the 2 don't seem to
be linked

Your mobile account can be linked to your main Sky ID so have you tried this:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/link-a-sky-id-to-your-sky-mobile-account
