Hi
Hoping someone can help, my tv, broadband and mobile accounts where all linked on MySky account for a number of years.
Recently had a new phone and when logged in to the app on my new and old phone the mobile account is not shown, i follow instructions to link account and it states already linked but no information shown and unable ro view bill, roll data etc?

I am yes as I can see my other packages through sky my sky package and broadband but when you go to mobile bit to see my data or roll on bit nothing says link SIM and that but says it's all ready linked but still no info

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
