Mobile account

Hi! I got accepted for a contract phone, iPhone 14 pro max, I'm looking at my account but the contract isn't on there? Says I don't have any orders? Can someone help? Trying to track the phone cause it's due to be delivered tomorrow

Are you signed in with the same details that you used when placing the order, if you are then you will need to give Sky a call for help about this, If you have another Sky mobile then the free number to use is just 150.
