Mobile account suspended message despite no arrears or due debt on the account

i need help to remove this as i believe it is blocking me from activating my e-sim as there is no QR code to view. I have never missed any payments and there is nothing due or owed so why is this message here? Please remove and also advise is it possible that a QR code has not been issued due to this error on my account?

@Eyemron I'm afraid we are fellow customers on here. You will need to ring Sky to find out what the issue is. Sorry.
