Hi, I hope someone can help me. I've had my mobile for two months and can't receive calls and OTPs. Calls get the message "sorry the number is temporarily unavailable". Sky Mobile helpline staff have been unable to solve the issue. The sim was replaced, I've turned phone off/on, tried in strong network areas, ensured flight mode is deactivated, etc.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhen you started with Sky did you transfer a number to the Sky sim from a different network and if you did does your phone itself show the correct number and not the one that came with the Sky sim.

Yes, I transferred from Vodafone but did keep my number using a PAC. Did the exact same thing for my daughter and she's had no issues.
