Mobile Upgrade

Been with sky mobile for 10 years can't upgrade as keep failing credit search, don't understand been with sky TV for 17years

@Louisa75 The length of custom with a provider has little impact on a credit check, if you keep applying it will cause further issues as it mutliple attempts can cause your credit rating to reduce.

It may be worth accessing your credit file to see if there is any information that is incorrect as that can affect acceptance or to see how many open credit accounts you have(the more you have the less likely you will get further credit offered).
