Mobile Swap

I've received my new Swap Mobile device, how do I clean up my old Mobile device prior to sending back and how do I send back my old Mobile device?

By clean up do you mean erase everything that is on it, if so what phone is this ?

 

You should be able to use the packaging the new phone came in as there should be a small return label on the inside of it somewhere.
