I just got a new iPhone 15 pro and I am trying to convert to an eSIM to activate this on my new phone. It gives me the option of sending the security code to my number but I am not receiving anything and have been waiting and retrying for at least 30 mins yet have still got nothing. Also, when I click manage sims, it just comes up with a red triangle with an explanation mark in the middle underneath my new phone. No idea what this means??
