Mobile Swap double charge.
Not really a question ,just a heads up to anyone wanting to use the swap facility. Sky told me that if I swapped my phone, which was two years into a contract, I could cash in and receive a new phone and continue to pay the same monthly price. I decided this was a good deal and I agreed the swap. Once the transaction was completed I was charged for both devices in a one month billing cycle. Guys be careful when you swap. Check when it is a good time in the month to swap to avoid doubling costs.

While this is correct something else to factor in is when a phone is returned it is then inspected for damages and this can take 2-3 weeks during which you will still be billed for it.

Re: Mobile Swap double charge.
Hi
Thank you for your time and consideration. Makes total sense. However Sky should have made this clear before I agreed the swap.

...but you will not be out of pocket as the extra payment reduces your overall credit balance.
