I have tried to access the sky condition checker to send back an Iphone on a swap and it will not open the camera to allow me to take photos of the device im returning. Any help would be appreciated
To try and get you some help I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team.
Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a coloured speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
Exactly the same issue - keeps saying the postcode or SW codes are incorrect even though they're not. I've given up trying to use the condition checker and instead taken photos of the phone next to the tracking label, as a record of the condition of the phone before sending.
As if ordering the phone wasn't a complete faff (over an hour to the overseas call centre), now the condition checker won't work. Has anyone else given up and just sent the damn thing back in the pre paid packaging?

It's already been collected by RM as I don't have the time to wait around for someone to get back to me, it is clearly an ongoing tech issue given the other posts.
I have just received new phone but as with others here can't access the condition checker. Get the same error that order number or post code incorrect. Honest guys I have triple checked the double check but there seems to be an error on the access to the tool.
