Old phones on account preventing upgrades
I want to know how I can remove a few mobiles no longer in use that weren't returned but have been fully paid for, off the account. It says I've reached imit for phones but the old ones aren't used anymore and all sims have been transferred to new phones. It is preventing much needed upgrades.

They only drop off your account if returned to Sky. If it's stopping you adding a new device call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.
