Mobile Information

Hi Sky Mobile,

I recently ordered an iPhone 18 Pro from Sky Mobile, but my order has not been delivered yet.

I would like to upgrade my order from the iPhone 18 Pro to the iPhone 18 Pro Max, if possible. I’m happy to pay the extra cost for the upgrade.

Could you please check if you can change my existing order before it is dispatched? I would really appreciate your help.

You are only talking to other customers on here and not Sky so you will need to call Sky to do this. Placing another order might see you being credit checked again.
