swapping phone

I recently did a phone swap. I didn't recieve packaging for my old my phone to go back in. I contacted sky and they said they'll send it out to me. takes 3-5working days. is this accurate? and would they have sent it out.

The idea is you use the packaging your new device came in as there should be a small return label on the inside of it somewhere. If you don't have this you will have to wait until the packaging Sky sends you turns up and it might be shown on your account here:
