Mobile Data

Unused data that is normally rolled over has disappeared...  all unused data, from multiple devices, has gone.. ??!

Just went to top up a couple of devices, and its gone !!  Saved data is rolled over each month; more than 300GB of data has vanished!

Not unusual - it will probably all return tomorrow.  (Assuming it hasn't actually expired)

If not, call Sky on 150 tomorrow.

@DC75

Data in the Piggybank, if unused, now disappears after 12 months. Could that be the case here?

Re: Mobile Data

All the unused data was transferred to multiple devices, so in effect, the data has been used and, therefore, avoids being deleted after 12 months.

This month, they never rolled it over and added to my piggy bank !!??

Re: Mobile Data

Not expired, it was all rolled over to multiple devices - they have not added back to piggy bank at the end of the month as they have done for the last few years.

It wouldn't surprise me if they close that loophole at some point...

Check again later or tomorrow as noted.
