Mobile Data

Hiya I am currently abroad and my mobile data isn't working. I am connected to WiFi. Mobile data and roaming is on but nothing is happening. Unable to call Sky and unable to update APN. Can anyone help? I have a new phone Samsung S24 5G but I have never had an issue abroad before. We are in Spain and my partner is having the same issues

If you are connected to Wifi then this will override your mobile data connection so the wifi should work. To use mobile data wifi needs to be turned off in setting.s.

Hi Selina. My wife and I are having the same problem. We recently switched to Sky Mobile in ROI and we are currently in UK for the new year. it's our first time "abroad" since we got our new SIMs and we cannot connect. Have tried all the procedures mentioned online but still nothing. I have a dual SIM, the other SIM being from another EU country, and fortunately that one is working. But my wife only has the one SIM and cannot connect. I will watch this forum to see if someone can fix your problem and maybe the solution will work for us too.
