Last month I called sky to explain I couldn't afford to pay my bill as Amazon had taken some money. They explained this will be ok and I can just pay double this month. Half way through December all my services cut off and I could not call, text or use my data. Because of this I could not contact you. I have just payed my outstanding of £111 and my services are still not working.
i cannot call you so could u either call me and explain what's going on or reply ASAP please

Try calling 150 - it may work.
Otherwise, you may have to wait for the payment to clear - that may be Thursday or Friday now.
(You're not contacting Sky customer services here - just other customers)

They shouldn't have told you that as services are usually restricted if a bill hasn't been paid in full as you have found.
As well as making this payment you do need to setup your payment method again so have you done this ?

I'm not sure how, I just payed my outstanding bill and it's still showing there's an error, it came out my bank tho
