Mobile Bill
Got a letter from sky saying my sims are going to up ,rang sky up and an agent said instead of my 2 gb data what was £4.20 he said he can do £5 .00 per month I have two sims with 10 gb that would have been £10.00 per month,I said ok then I was put onto another advisor and she said there is no need for 10 gb,I will do two sims with 1 gb each sim for £4.00 each I said ok but on my shy app it's showing £9.80 each sim next predicted bill is 19.69 been onto sky but the advisor said they have sorted it but still the same on my app I have been onto them for about a month

All you can do is to register a complaint giving the dates and times of these calls you had with Sky:
https://www.sky.com/help/complaints
This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.

If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Which is why I said to include the dates and times so someone can listen to what was said to you.

Still no joy with the advisors but my online app is saying future bill for my two sims what was £4.20 each per month now £27.00,can not understand the advisors,one has said I will get a credit they ring me but still waiting for a call they don't understand what you tell them
