Weak signal

Hi,

The signal bars are a very rough guide to signal strength but they date from the 1990s 2G era and don't take into account other factors. For example 4G is transmitted on different bands and if you're connected to a high frequency band you may only get 1 or 2 bars but have faster data than a low frequency band, which would give more bars but slower data. So don't worry about the number of bars too much.

Your wifi signal is showing a strong, the one to the left with one block is the mobile phone signal so isn't anything to do with your fibre broadband connection.

It is an iPhone 15 on Sky network. Why is it so weak, any idea?

Presumably either because O2 (the cellular network which Sky Mobile uses) doesn't have particularly great mast coverage in that vicinity or cellular signal isn't penetrating the building you are in.

 

As @caesarome indicates, this is nothing to do with a 'sky fibre subscription' so I've moved your post to the Mobile forum.
