Mobile £10 charge on new sim 100mb any thoughts

I have 4 other mobiles on my account with free calls and texts 0 charge. But i have just purchased another phone and this time it has £10 charge next to calls and texts. It was the standard sim i put in that you get with mobile with 100mb. Any help would be great thanks

You will have to call Sky about this with 150 being the free number to use and when you do say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
