I am in the exact same boat mate. Really frustrating, I feel I am not asking for that much off them. Just give me back what I have paid for.

Well after all my moaning in here and to Sky, I woke up this morning and finally my piggy bank data is back!! It only took 23 days and approx 4.5 hrs of phone calls.


Good luck to everyone who has still to get their data back. Hopefully I won't be here again next month!!

Hope I'm not going to disappoint you but after approximately the same sort of timescale as you I got SOME of my missing data back. Yesterday was my rollover date and only unused data from one of my 3 SIM cards rolled into the piggybank, at least this time the whole lot didn't disappear but obviously issues not resolved-here I go again fighting for missing unused data

I was worried about this. My roll over isn't until the end of the month. I am going to split my data again to try and give me the best chance of some of it rolling over. Hopefully, it won't be the same but I am preparing for it.

My 334gb has now been returned to my piggy bank. There was an update in the play store so I did that & low & behold it was back.

It looks as though they have fixed some of the problems as my data has also returned to my piggybank but I don't think I will trust them to keep it working and have already swopped to Smarty.

Much as I would like to swap it would cost £150 in early termination fees, I refuse to give them any more money !

I have lots of data in my account and I can't access them. I received a message from sky informing me that my data is low.

I didn't get a phone call back yesterday and from the phone I made on Monday where I was assured the data would be back on Friday (today), it has come back as promised. I've got all my data back!!!!

 

Hopefully everyone will have got theirs back too.

Happy for you and hopefully you will not experience it all over again on your next rollover date, which I did ! They're back to telling me "it must have expired"

Piggy bank data not rolled over

Spoken to sky mobile 2x now. Seems for 10 days there is a problem of un used data not rolled over by other customers including me. Not good really as had lots saved up . And going away soon, and need extra data . As me and family members are going to run out. Has sky mobile got a fix time on this? As 10 days is a long problem.

When the phones lines are open again (as there is a fault) then call Sky on 150 to report this to them.

I have reported 2x now. They said they have been trying to fix for 10 days now. With no joy, the staff on the call centre have a generic note. To tell customers etc. Just wondering have they had a cyber attack.  M&S  seen to be effected.

I have been unable to access my piggybank data for over 2 months now! I have to call them to access my data & roll it over. But cannot access it on my app the piggybank has totally disappeared from my account! Useless!
