My piggy bank data disappeared this month as well. I have been trying to get it back since the 2nd April. Various promises of it being fixed in various timelines, 24-72hrs is their favourite. 
I have managed to get them to credit a number of Gb of data to each of my SIM cards.

I will be ringing tomorrow no doubt when the missing data hasn't arrived with their deadline. 
I have been lied to by sky employees now approx 10 times. An official complaint will be going on regarding this matter.

A joke of customer service.

Hi, it took me 4 weeks of constant phone calls/live chats to get data back. My rollover day is tomorrow and I'm nervously waiting to see if it all disappears once again as it did in February and March

I understand that this is frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you all.

 

Our support teams are aware of this issue and are working hard to resolve it.

 

Any missing data will be added to the Piggybank once the issue is fixed.

 

For now, I'll mark this reply (and any future replies with an update) as the answer to this topic.

Unfortunately the Sky employees have told numerous lies to me about what is going on. Tomorrow I will be ringing again at the end of another 48hr period, where the Sky employees, Jane 100% guaranteed that it would be fixed. With less than 16hrs left of that 24hrs I really don't think it will be fixed. 
I am hoping that I will be proved wrong, but I doubt it.

I know that feeling. I'm still waiting for my 12 o'clock call back. Maybe they meant midnight?? Lol

I had thought of that 2 weeks in to the issue,  but personally I wouldn't give Sky any more of my money which would be required to cancel SIM cards and transfer to another provider at present but once contract is up I will take all of my business, including TV package worth £150 a month to them,  elsewhere.  As everyone agrees customer service is absolutely abysmal

Does anyone know if we can just cancel our direct debit because Sky are in breach of contract?

No, you can't as that will see your mobile restricted and a missed payment on your credit record.
