Missing items

I received my 2 phones i ordered today,both of which are the same deal with free earbuds but there was only 1 lit of earbuds.

The other earbuds might come seperately on a later date so does anything show via your account about them ?

No i havent seen anything on my account about it.i do want to send 1 phone back now,Ive changed my mind.

The one that im waiting on the other ear buds ill be sending back

You can do this if you have the phone for 31 days or less and to do so you would need to get in touch with Sky. There should be a small return label on the inside of the box so if it isn't present then let them know so they can work out the best way to get it to you as they might email it to you if you are able to print it.

 

When returning it make sure you get and keep the proof of posting receipt.
