Phone swap

I want to swap my current phone to the iPhone 16 Pro Max but it is unavailable when I select it...does this mean it is out of stock? Any idea when it would likely become available again? It doesn't offer any explanation, just 'device not found'. I don't want to swap to any other models...not sure what to do? Thanks

@ShannonLewis 

Back in September Apple announced they were withdrawing all pro models apart for the latest iphone 17 version so there is a chance that Sky might not get them back in stock.
