Missing items from order

I have ordered a macbook, an ipad and airpods all in one order, i recieved the tracking info as normal, recieved the package and was only the macbook packaged inside.

Would they all be sent separately? Maybe from a different supplier or should they have all been together?

Only 1 tracking info was given

Its showing only as 1 order and its showing as delivered
