sky mobile billing

Hi I noticed that sky had been taking 2 payments out of my account when I had a thorough check of my finances.  I want to find out why this has happened?  I need to chat to someone about the issue.

Hi @Ans65  call sky on 150. This isn't sky CS, more customer helps customer area.

Are you making an unnecessary manual payment when you've already got a direct debit or continuous card payment set up?
