Missing headphones

Hi, I phoned 2/3 weeks ago regarding missing headphones from a phone purchased. I was suppose to hear back but yet again im left waiting again.... any further up date? Have the conversations that was had been listened back or am I getting fobbed off with "oh that deal wasnt for that phone" again. Thanks in advance.
