Need special delivery for my device

Last two times dpd guys try to deliver my parcel first time he didn't ring the bell even i was tracking him from morning and today second time which proof of delivery he added on the app that door not mine so please arrange a special delivery and please arrange that delivery who call me on the time of delivery

Hi @Ab120  this isn't sky CS so no one from sky can arrange anything for you here. You will need to speak to sky and/or DPD to find out what's happening with your order.
