Missing data

New sim that should have had 10 gig on it but when I put it in the phone it showed only 6.45 remaining

This is correct because when you first activate it what you get is based on the number of days it resets which is your billing day. After that you will get the full allowance each month.

....and you only pay a pro-rata amount too for the part month.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
