Can’t make calls

Anyone else having issues making or receiving calls? When I dial a number I get silence and then a voice recording saying the number I've dialled is incorrect. There are 3 sky mobiles in our house and all have an issue

I have an issue near Halifax. I used thus

and it says they had to remove a mast. My signal only works in top room of house!
