I have just switched over to sky mobile and my old number didn't switch across. You gave me a new number which I didn't want.

Hi @MatthewReid did you get a PAC from your old network ? When did you give it to Sky ?

When did you give Sky your PAC from your previous provider?

Your number should transfer over on the next working day but only when you have got a pac code from your current network and given it to Sky.

I'm with An Post ready to go. I called them and it turns out that I dont have an account number or a PAC.
