Sky mobile esim

Hi 

First time posting.

I recently signed up to sky mobile 15 euro per month unlimited plus new S26 29 per month. Opted for eSIM. Phone delivered quickly, eSIM appeared on my My Sky app. All seems good sofar. Set the phone up yesterday, transferred all apps from old phone then went to install eSIM. Wouldn't install, asked for confirmation code but I never received it. Phoned sky this morning, said a new code and activation code will be sent through. Started a WhatsApp chat this afternoon went through the whole thing again to be told that it has to be sent from fraud department. Fraud department?? They never sent me the code in the first place. I'm now without a service now as I let the other operator go so am in limbo now. Anything I can do to speed this up? All help gratefully appreciated.
