Macbook Contract

I'm looking to purchase a macbook on a contract plan, i've choosen the 24 month plan rather than the 36 month plan. When I go to check out it says 36month plan? Does anyone know why? I went back and made sure i clicked on the 24 month plan.

Swap24 is a 36 month contract as after 24 months you can swap for another device as the last 12 months will be paid off via the value at this stage Sky gives you for the device.

Swap12 is a 24 month contract so after 12 months you can swap.

Yes.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

That is correct, you do not have to swap so if you don't you continue paying as usual. You might find youlr payments are slightly less as well due to you nearing the end of the contract.
